1. Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT): The students will be tested on their respective syllabus for Science and Mathematics prescribed under ASSEB and CBSE.
2. Mental Ability Test (MAT): This is to test the natural intelligence and logical reasoning of a student. It assesses skills like numerical, verbal, and spatial of an individual.
There are two types of MAT:
a) Verbal: In a verbal test, the item is presented in language form.
b) Nonverbal: In a nonverbal test, the item is presented in pictorial form.
The format of questions for this category is the same across all classes but the level of difficulty for the questions increase with the class.
3. General Knowledge & Current Affairs: Questions from geography, history, political science, science, social science, economics, sports, cultural, cinema etc. will be included.

4. English Grammar: Questions will be asked from the contents mentioned in the Guide Book according to the respective class.
1. All questions are compulsory and carries 1 mark.
2. The examination will start at 11:00 AM at all centres and end at 1:30 PM.
3. Answers to the questions must be marked only on the OMR Answer Sheet.
4. For each question, the correct answer must be marked in black ink by darkening the appropriate circle from the four or five options provided. Only a black ballpoint pen should be used for marking the circles. If two or more circles are marked for a question, the answer will be considered incorrect.
5. Submit only the OMR Answer Sheet to the invigilator after the examination.
6. All calculators, pagers and mobile phones are prohibited in exam hall.
